Je vis seul dans cette maison, nous nous la partagerons donc à deux, ce qui te permettra de te sentir chez toi facilement et de profiter de tous les espaces communs quand tu le désires. un lit avec matelas, une table de nuit, une étagère, un bureau, une très grande garde-robe/dressing, une chaise de bureau, une lampe de bureau et un miroir. Chauffage central.

une douche/baignoire, les WC et deux lavabos (lavabo individuel)

La cuisine est équipée:
frigidaire, congélateur, plaques de cuisson, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, bouloir, grille pain... (si tu aimes cuisiner j'ai tout le matériel nécessaire étant cuisinier)

Séjour :
Buanderie : lave-linge, sèche linge et produits nettoyants disponibles.
Extérieur : cour avec joli jardin aménagé pour se détendre ou étudier dehors

Internet illimité : Wifi dans toutes les pièces (avec amplificateur).

Les communs sont lavés 2x par mois. Nécessaire de nettoyage fourni pour le kot.

I currently live alone in the house, so we would be sharing it as just the two of us. This makes it easy to feel at home while still having access to all the shared spaces whenever you wish.

A little about me: my name is David, I’m 42 years old, and I would describe myself as open-minded, friendly and diplomatic. I work as a chef, so if you enjoy cooking, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of cooking equipment at your disposal.
