The PEB before renovation was a PEB E. A new boiler and new frames and skylights were installed and the roof was redone.

The four 12m² rooms of the shared house are available for 420 € excluding the rental charges. Fire insurance with waiver of recourse, broadband internet and Netflix are included in the rent.

Provisions for charges amount to €80 per person and include : water, gas, electricity.

Rooms are available from September 1st.
The lease term is a minimum of one year and it is possible to register your address in the house.

A two-month guarantee is required for all tenants, as well as at least a guarantor (two is ideal) for students.
