The house is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room, kitchen and living room
- 1st floor: two bedrooms, WC, bathroom with WC
- 2nd floor: two bedrooms, bathroom

A broadband internet subscription and Netflix are available.

The four bedrooms offer all the necessary comfort : bed, desk and chair, nightstand and a wardrobe, all in a bright room.
Two shared rooms are at your disposal: a living room with sofa and television and a fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hobs, plates, glasses, pots, cutlery, frying pans, utensils, etc. A washing machine, a dryer as well as cleaning equipment are also available to roommates.

The PEB before renovation was a PEB E. A new boiler and new frames and skylights were installed and the roof was redone.

The four 12m² rooms of the shared house are available for 440 € excluding the rental charges. Fire insurance with waiver of recourse, broadband internet and Netflix are included in the rent.

Provisions for charges amount to €85 per person and include : water, gas, electricity.

A two-month guarantee is required for all tenants, as well as at least a guarantor (two is ideal) for students.
