Price and administrative information :
The rent of the four 12m² rooms excludes the rental charges. Fire insurance with waiver of recourse, broadband internet and Netflix are included in the rent.
Provisions for charges include : water, gas, electricity.
The lease term is a minimum of one year and it is possible to register your address in the house.
A two-month guarantee is required for all tenants, as well as at least a guarantor (two is ideal) for students.
