Student room 14 m² Rue Henri Lemaître in Namur

I’m subletting my student room for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year (from January/February to August 2026) as I’ll be away on an internship during that time. I’m therefore looking for someone to take over the room temporarily.

The room is in a large shared house on Rue Henri Lemaître in Namur. The house has a small garden, a terrace, a cozy living room, and a large fully equipped kitchen.

My room is on the second floor, at the back of the house (view on the garden). It’s about 14 m², furnished (single bed (90 cm), wardrobe, closet, desk, chair, and small cabinet), and includes a private sink. The bathroom (shower and toilet) is shared with three other tenants on the same floor.
